With reference to our board meeting outcome dated 7th November, 2023; this is to inform you that the due to an inadvertent error in the consolidated cashflow statement of the company, we are herewith submitting the revised financials for the quarter and half year ended on 30/09/2023. The said mistake was inadvertent and erroneous.\r\n\r\nAccordingly you are requested to take note of the same.
